SFA Reveals its 12 Under 35: Breakout Talent to Watch

A cultural preservationist whose Tall Grass Food Boxes distribute products from Black-owned farms, a James Beard Award finalist chef and restaurateur who launched a food bank in the early days of COVID-19, and a fifth-generation coffee farmer who is providing a more reliable income for Colombian growers, are just a few of this year’s 12 Under 35: Breakout Talent to Watch, selected by the Specialty Food Association’s content and education teams.
